"Great hotel. Great location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only challenge was initially finding the property. We were provided with the incorrect phone number for the host which delayed our arrival. I would recommend that the host provide clearer directions for how to locate the property. After this initial confusion, the service was excellent and highly responsive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone one seeking a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Florence....
