"Great location, large space but basic client support."

"There is a street market going on most of the day, so you will have to exit taxi at the end of the street, but no big deal. Then cross a large opening to get to the entrance. Very unique curved modern hallway to rooms. We had to leave at 4 am, so we missed the breakfast, but they helped us set up taxi for the morning and they were right on time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa Hotel in Positano. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us arrange dinner reservations and coordinating our private airport transfers seamlessly. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying breakfast each morning on our private terrace—it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great apartment in a great location. We walked to all main tourist areas. Lots of dining options close by. We had an issue with the washing machine and they responded immediately with how to get it going and offered to come by. Very helpful staff! We got it working no problem. Kids loved the wifi. Would stay here again. "

"Amable el personal, pero no es un hotel son habitaciones dentro de un edificio compartido, no realizan la limpieza de las habitaciones, no retiran la basura y la puerta del baño no es posible abrirla bien pues choca con la cama, limpieza deja mucho que desear y no hay internet, le pongo 3 y no una estrella porque la ubicación es buena y la zona tranquila "

"The service provided by the staff was great. They made you feel like they knew you and truly cared about your experience. We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make it right. The location of the hotel was great - we loved being close to the nightlife of shopping and dining in Sorrento. There weren’t any hot options for breakfast which my teenagers noted and didn’t like much, though it didn’t bother me as much because I knew I’d be eating so much the rest of the day ;)"
