"We paid close to 500 euros for one night for this horrible hotel. When we arrived the room was hot so we turned on the AC so it could cool and we could return a little later. It never did. We tried everything to get it to work then finally called the phone number they list by 7:00pm. (no one stays onsite) They sent someone to come look at the AC unit and he tried everything that we had already tried and he had no idea what to do or how to fix it. Then he spoke to the owners by phone and came...

"Excellent location, a walk of San Marcos Square. Very spacious room and bathroom. We like the how easy was entering as we arrived outside of reception hours and the availability of leaving the backpacks when we check out o pick them up later. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Definitely should be a place to consider staying when visiting Venice."
