"Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter. The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. "Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience."

"The staff were amazing and so helpful the room was lovely, however there was water pipes going all night and the boats started with deliveries from about 6am so did not get much sleep, but wow what a hotel so authentic "

"ホテルの入り口が分かりづらかったです。あとシャワーの排水口から臭いが戻ってきていた。エクスペディアではバスタブありと書いていた部屋を選んだが付いていなかった。それ以外は可愛らしい部屋で良かった。またフロントの方が非常に親切でした。"

"The location was excellent, very close to the city center. The room wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, simple, and more than satisfactory. Even though I don’t speak Italian, the staff were extremely kind, and communication was smooth. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience☺️"

"Staff was wonderful. Breakfast amazing. Location incredible. We had the family suite with 2 bedrooms. Perfect for the family of 4. The downsides were that there were mosquitoes in the room and the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise this is perfect "
