"Nice quaint hotel in a really interesting part of Venice and away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easily accessible and well connected via the 'Accedemia' water bus stop nearby. Also easy walking to San Marco and Rialto areas etc. Lots of dining options around. This hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Staff are very helpful. We checked out early in the morning and they had takeaway breakfast prepared for us. I would stay...

"The property is fantastic for a 500 yr old property. Of course it could use a few touch ups but it had everything we needed, an excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and great location to most of the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay. Located in a nice quiet yet interesting part of Venice. Easy accesibility by water bus, Tragetto gondola to get across the canal or 15 min easy walk to San Marco/ Rialto etc. and lots of dining in the vicinity minus the crowds. "The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend. "
