"Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely poor. The staff never came to meet me at reception I was calling and messaging them waiting for over TWO HOURS. Finally they answered me and told me to take a key. When I got to the room it all seems fine until I went into the bathroom and the absolute disgust I was met with was nauseating. "Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
