"We loved this property. The ambiance was wonderful. Loved the details and character. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants/cafes/sites. Definitely recommend spending time here. Only caveat to consider is limited elevator access- not available to all floors."

"Location is amazing, view of the canal is beautiful. Room was comfortable. We didn’t like that you couldn’t control the AC, it was living it’s own life adjusting temperature on its own. staff in on the site only in the morning, there were smell of the cigarettes in the room, when we arrived, we had to open windows and a lot of mosquitos get in. There was not enough paper and no feminine products available in the room or anywhere in the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay in Venice! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location that made exploring the city easy. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One small recommendation would be to turn on the air conditioning in the rooms before guests arrive, especially during the hot summer months, so the room is already nice and cool at check-in. "It is a boutique hotel but our room was excellent. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The staff was helpful with everything we asked. Breakfast was great and the air condition was working fine in August."

"Had top floor, room was 29 degrees! Not even a fan available, and told nothing they could do. Bottom level was lower than 24 degrees. At least offer a fan for that room. Also, no shower available. Only a bath too small to sit in, with a shower hand with no curtain. How are you supposed to shower? Not recommended."
