"We had a wonderful stay in Venice. The property was very clean and full of old-world charm and character, with beautiful silk wallpaper, high ceilings, and lovely wooden beams that made it feel truly Venetian. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold options. Overall, a charming and comfortable place to stay in Venice!"

"Had top floor, room was 29 degrees! Not even a fan available, and told nothing they could do. Bottom level was lower than 24 degrees. At least offer a fan for that room. Also, no shower available. Only a bath too small to sit in, with a shower hand with no curtain. How are you supposed to shower? Not recommended."

"This is a charming apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and large bathroom. The view is wonderful, looking over a canal. The area is close to everything but outside of the tourist type areas so its both clean and quiet. The staff is beyond amazing, super helpful and cheery. Always wanting to make sure our stay is going great but not in a pushy or inconvenient way. We had an amazing visit to Venice and will stay here again!"

"Small room but well organized and very charming. Location is amazing. Air conditioning even on top floor worked really well. All staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Super great and helpful staff, room was very clean and air conditioning worked great while we were there. the location is tremendously busy but the room was exceptionally quiet. Building is old venice charm but the non historic fit/finishes/furniture are tired. Red line through our TV but who needs to watch that when in Venice. Take a walk to the gardens to get out of the hustle and bustle. Worth the stay if you are looking for a safe and helpful experience."
