"Hotel was in prime location. Air conditioning did not work and front desk staff was unavailable to help."

"Super great and helpful staff, room was very clean and air conditioning worked great while we were there. the location is tremendously busy but the room was exceptionally quiet. Building is old venice charm but the non historic fit/finishes/furniture are tired. Red line through our TV but who needs to watch that when in Venice. Take a walk to the gardens to get out of the hustle and bustle. Worth the stay if you are looking for a safe and helpful experience."

"Our stay at Ca’ Amadi in Venice was a mixed experience. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was excellent—spacious, spotless, & well maintained, the air conditioning was great; and it has a good location. This is why I am giving the hotel 3 stars rather than a lower rating. Unfortunately, there were several things that disappointed us. The entrance to the hotel was through the back of a shared/ common patio area, which honestly looked sketchy when we first arrived. We did not see this...

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...
