"Location is amazing, view of the canal is beautiful. Room was comfortable. We didn’t like that you couldn’t control the AC, it was living it’s own life adjusting temperature on its own. staff in on the site only in the morning, there were smell of the cigarettes in the room, when we arrived, we had to open windows and a lot of mosquitos get in. There was not enough paper and no feminine products available in the room or anywhere in the hotel."

"We stayed on the top floor unit with the terrace. The apartment was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and a coffee maker/supplies. The rooms are spacious with attached restrooms and the terrace was a great bonus. Only caution is that there is no elevator and climbing three floors may be challenging for anyone who is physically impaired. The location is even better, Fenice theatre is across from the building, quick walk to San Mark's and Doge...

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...
