"We loved this property. The ambiance was wonderful. Loved the details and character. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants/cafes/sites. Definitely recommend spending time here. Only caveat to consider is limited elevator access- not available to all floors."

"Location is amazing, view of the canal is beautiful. Room was comfortable. We didn’t like that you couldn’t control the AC, it was living it’s own life adjusting temperature on its own. staff in on the site only in the morning, there were smell of the cigarettes in the room, when we arrived, we had to open windows and a lot of mosquitos get in. There was not enough paper and no feminine products available in the room or anywhere in the hotel."

"Room needs repair in several areas. Cleaning was very basic, only made bed and 2 new towels daily. Didn’t even leave toilet paper or more water. When asked got some toilet paper, no new water. Never changed sheets when had a nose bleed"

"The hotel is very small and has a lovely boutique-hotel feel. The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! The location is close to everything, but we really enjoyed that the hotel itself was quiet and less crowded. The breakfast was decent as well. We booked a family room, which was essentially two adjacent rooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!"
