Hotel Belanja di Agra

"10/10"

"The room was nearly as nice as the staff. Very attentive and friendly people. The breakfast was also lovely, but the highlight has to be the Sky Grill"

"Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property."

"The hotel has a lot of history. The rooms can be better maintained - but definitely great experience just because of the history it carries"

"beautiful stay with all amenities. such a cosy vibe."

"Ray of Maya Hotel in Agra is a gem! The property is spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Receptionist Arsh was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all questions with respect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room tariff offered great value. Best of all, the hotel is very close to major attractions like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, making sightseeing effortless! "

"Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"everything as described "

"飯店老闆人很好，也很親切，有任何問題都願意幫忙，離車站很近，乾淨整潔。"

We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...

"This hotel does not have 24hr hot water supply. That is the only downside. Apart from that its a Great hotel for everyone. "

"Very bad . Avoid to visit this "hotel" . They are thieves and charging a lot of money for dirty room (bed sheets , bathroom )which is total differnt than fotos .also a lot of crowd from the road. Holes on the walls ,not hair dryer . We stayed only for one night and didnt use the bathroom cause it was very dirty. everything was really bad . Its very bad for hotels platform to have this hotel in them platform. Normally is for full refund cause i m good client in this platform"
