"Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals).

"Great mid to upper scale hotel. Definitely get a room with a view of the Taj Mahal where you would normally pay a ridiculous amount for elsewhere. The staff were fantastic, they were extremely kind and helpful. My suggestion is to tip in the same amount you would in your own country, and be as respectful as they are and as you would be back home. Thank you Radisson Agra."

Also noted conveniently positioned to take advantage of the must see sites in Agra while also positively being able to see the daily life of the residents of the city first hand as well you can really see the day to day hustle and bustle of the city."
"The service is exceptional especially at the restaurant. Excellent value for money. That said there were maintenance issues with the spa (broken), as well as the pizza oven (out of service), and lastly they ran out of Kingfisher Premium beer and two days later they had not replenished. So much potential in the hotel if they did proper maintenance and planning."
