Had an incredible stay at the property. Everything about the hotel was top notch. A big shoutout to the duty manager Saransh soni who found out it was our daughter’s 11th birthday and made an effort to get the room decorated and even sent a card and a cake to the room at night. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. If you want a 5 star stay at a five star property, I would Highly recommend Taj Agra.

The hotel has a level of polish that makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious and well maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. The dining options were excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal, which made our early‑morning visit incredibly convenient. Being able to reach the monument so quickly was a huge plus. Excellent hotel in Agra. The room was clean, spacious and with a view to the Taj Mahal. The roof top pool and bar are amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is good as well.

It was a nice property. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was very convenient for visiting Agra Fort and Taj Mahal.

Lovely hotel, great room. The chef in the multi cuisine restaurant was very attentive to the fact that our son had a severe nut and sesame allergy which was very reassuring. The bar/restaurant on the roof was not busy but the staff weren’t very attentive either. Maybe it was due to the wet weather but certainly there was a difference between the two restaurants. We did not end up eating on the roof terrace as a result. Overall it’s a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful.
