"Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms are fresh and clean. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing. The snack shack has great snacks and the staff were very accommodating! This does not reflect on the Pala Mesa Resort....Be aware when booking and avoid the A1 reservations that add extra charges. Go to their actual web site."

"The building, room, and amenities were all clean and well maintained. The pool area was a great place to just relax and enjoy a few hours. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We asked for extra pillows and they were very prompt and courteous providing them. Although all eateries were not open we were well taken care of at the Pala Cafe."

"The elevator was broken, and we were on the bottom level, making it a trip & a half to get back to the front desk when we needed help. The vouchers we got for the elevator being broken for free drinks were only good til 7 pm, which we were not made aware of, so busted tickets unfortunately. Overall, good stay, just lame experience."
