Overall it was a great stay. Rooms were big and clean. Staff were very nice. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The problem was it was spring break and the pool area was closed which I was looking foward to, so that was a big let down.

The only things we don’t like is that they don’t have room service other than that this was my 7th time staying here and I absolutely love the rooms . Clean spacious and nicely designed and our view this time was impeccable. It was the Mountain View and it was glorious especially with the tiny bit of rain we got and the clouds were on the mountains.

I loved everything about this hotel and casino. I loved that you didn't have to walk through the casino to get to the pool. The entrance to the pool area is right by the exit of the elevators from your room. The pool area was amazing, and the staff there were great! The food at the restaurants were so good. There wasn't anything I didn't like, and the service was excellent! Lastly, the band that was playing inside the casino were amazing! I can't wait to book my next trip at Pala Casino!!!!
