Beautiful building inside and out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a comfort room and it was very big. The bed was super comfy and a fantastic delicious breakfast. So much choice and the scrambled eggs were delicious. The subway is a few mins walk and gets you everywhere easily. We found the subway easy to get around. From the airport you need the green line (S1) and change at central to the red (U2) to the hotel. Easy! You can buy a group pass for up to 5 people for...

All around excellent experience. Friendly welcome to the hotel, speedy registration, comfortable room, very nice breakfast and supper, great staff. What’s not to like?

A good hotel for the airport and sometimes cheaper than staying in central Hamburg.

First impressions were excellent, with a concierge waiting as the taxi pulled up We arrived very early & expected a bag drop. Unexpectedly our room was ready. Check in was swift. The room was a really good size with tasteful decor & all the extras we could want including large TV with many channels, Nespresso coffee maker, minibar - we just wanted the fridge. The bathroom/dressing room was huge with plenty of storage, wetroom, bath, etc. The gym & pool area were clean, tidy and better...

Stayed at the Dorint Eppendorf for 3 nights over New Year. The hotel and staff are first class. It is a little bit out from the city centre but the area of Eppendorf itself is very nice and there is a good selection of shops & restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk of the hotel. Access to the city centre is very easy using either public transport or taxis.

A really lovely hotel close to the harbour. Very central location. The hotel is clean, stylish and food / bar is excellent. Highly recommended

Top quality stay and the breakfast was the best in all. Rooms are clean every day cleaner come and cleaning. Beds are nice shower and toilet clean. Easy in out lift very good fast to get down and up. Evening bar restaurant area very nice and the fast served.

This is a wonderful gem right in the heart of Hamburg. It had everything we needed including Manhattan cocktails. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Hamburg
