All was very fine. The hotel is very good placed . The stuff is friendly and you get all you want at the breakfast. At Eastern all guests got a little bunny infront of the door, very nice.

4 star hotel but hospitality and helpfulness of staff is underwhelming. Repeated issues with one of elevators during our stay which forced us to carry heavy bags down stairs to stay on schedule during checkout/departure. Reception desk didn't answer calls ( 5 mins of trying on two occasions). Some hardware (towel hooks?) missing in bathroom -hardware/screws sticking out of walls.

Ich war als Begleitperson für 1 Woche im Dorinthotel untergebracht. Für den Preis ist es ok, aber so richtig willkommen fühlt man sich nicht. Das Reinigungspersonal hat mir direkt am 3. Tag das „bitte nicht stören“-Schild aufs Bett gelegt, für mich der Hinweis ich möge sie doch bitte in Ruhe lassen. Ich hatte vorab angefragt, ob ich eine nespresso-Maschine gegen Aufpreis haben könnte - angeblich gab es keine nespresso-Maschinen. Um so erstaunter war ich, als ich gestern auf dem Reinigungswagen nespresso-Kapseln gesehen habe. Die Zimmer selbst waren ok, das Bad nicht sehr sauber. Größe und vor allem die Ruhe bewerte ich positiv. Die Ausstattung (Tassen sind viel zu klein und Zucker wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt). Ich würde nicht mehr buchen, auch wenn die Lage zum UKE perfekt ist.

-Die Sauna kostet extra -kein Zimmerservice, da dieser angeblich nur alle zwei Tage gemacht wird, was bei zwei Übernachtungen eben heißt kein Service, peinlich für ein Dorint! -Parkhaus gehört nicht zum Hotel, kann also nicht vorgebucht werden und kostet 35,-€ pro Tag!
