"This property needs an extensive update. The bathroom needed repair and the carpets throughout the property smelled like pee."

"The worst place I've stayed in. The young woman that checked me in was on a call on her personal cell phone the whole time I was checking in. She whispered to ask if I had any pets with me, and for the rest of the process she pointed at the tablet for me to sign and verify my information because the phone call was more important than checking the customer in. The room was outdated, furniture had scratches and drawers didn't open, the stove burners were rusty, the microwave had black stains...
