"We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and...

"The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out.
Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. "

"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"
