"I definitely would recommend staying here. The staff were very helpful, and very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and the pricing was fair, the coffee was absolutely amazing! On top of these, the decor and nature around the hotel are stunning. The rooms were super clean, and very spacious. The bathrooms in the rooms had everything you could ever need! There are many events that the hotel hosts, there’s something for everyone. 10/10"

"Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."

"Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the services were good. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the hallways leading to the rooms. They can get very hot, so it would be much more comfortable if those areas were air-conditioned as well. Other than that, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."
