"This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!"

The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March.
