"We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and we love it. Our room was cleaned and quiet. It has all the amenities we need. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellman. He helped my husband with the Uber booking and spotting the Uber vehicle because the hotel entrance is located at the junction of the traffic lights. One of the Uber drivers even quit on us when he saw the traffic even though he has arrived. He drove passed us even and stopped at the junction waiting for the green...

"They have a night club on Fri and sat until 3am. Even though we changed rooms on Saturday, it was still so bad and could blow sleep. Unbelievable that such a luxury hotel world have this issue. We were in the 3rd floor too Also, light switches too complex. "

"The location was perfect, close to old town but yet off the beaten path. Walking distance to nearly all the sights,easy access to the metro. Everybody was nice and helpful. The food was delicious. The staff was fun to talk to, learning about each other’s country, I will definitely be going back."

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The shower had good water pressure and didn’t leak. That said, there were some drawbacks. Annoyingly, there was no safe in the room, which felt like an oversight.
