"This hotel is by far my favorite. The staff is kind and helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained. The site is quiet. There is always parking spaces. It is a bit more expensive but worth it. The beds are so comfortable! I will definitely go back."

"Breakfast was ok…."

"When we walked in the room the smell was disgusting. So we turned on the air conditioner in hopes it would clear the air. But the noise was absolutely unbearable. So we just ran the fan which did not clear the stink. The improperly fitted toilet seat slid to the side and appeared ready to fall off. The furniture in the suite was old and stained. We didn't think the drapes had ever been washed. The breakfast was the typical Comfort Inn fare"

"This is a very accessible hotel if you, like us, are travelling with plenty car parking at the site. A short drive into the centre of Quebec. There is also a lovely pizza restaurant and short walk from the hotel, which is recommendable."

"This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and spacious. The decour and character were on point."

"There was construction ongoing. Told we would see scaffolding but no warned about noise. There was quite a bit of noise through the day, which affected out enjoyment of the room."

Je n'ai pas donné mon numéro de chambre à aucune personne et devinez quoi... cette personne a décidé de se présenter à l'hotel. À 22h00 cette personne était en train de cogner à la porte de ma chambre d'hotel...mais ca se fait? Croyez le ou non mais la personne à la réception a dilvulguez mon...

"The charm is the small, boutique property in a great, walkable location. But what makes it special is the staff. Fara at the front desk made my stay feel warm and comfortable. She was always helpful with a kind and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to show me around, help with my luggage (4 flights of stairs!) and greeted me by name every time she saw me. She even stepped in to set up and serve breakfast when needed, with a smile on her face. I hope they appreciate the gem they have...
