"Great price for what you get and the location is great. Decent pool. You can walk to the beach just a few minutes away. Lot's of free parking never had any issues there. Felt safe. AC blew ice cold. Did see a roach in my room but otherwise everything was clean and up to date."

"The property is peaceful and beautiful. They have 2 hammocks in the front, complimentary breakfast which can actually be accessed any time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It truly is a peaceful environment surrounded by the rainforest! We got room 5 upstairs which didn’t necessarily have a private patio but it does have a front patio that’s tucked away from the other rental units. The pictures are accurate, the rooms are snug. The a/c works very well! Water pressure was pretty good....

"We had a wonderful stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location is beautiful and perfect for travelers looking for a more private and peaceful atmosphere. At night, hearing the sounds of nature and the coquí frogs singing made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us recommendations for dinner spots and advice for exploring El Yunque. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with them each morning. The drive up is a bit rough but...

"So the Rainforest Inn is the mountains! The drive up there is beautiful and gorgeous. We stayed on the top floor and got pretty pictures each morning and afternoon. Where you stay you’re very immersed with the nature and culture. There is a lot of wildlife running around chickens, roosters, ducks, cats, and once we saw a hog!! I loved seeing it all! We returned back to the inn and saw a Mama Chicken and all her baby chicks running around the parking lot! Very cute!! The location the apartments...

"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

"The water park was outstanding. Great for the kids. palomino Island was a little bit of a let down, but was more because the wind was strong that day and affected the snorkeling. Be careful because if you aren’t in line early enough for the ferry you might miss it. Great restaurants on site. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Lots to do."
