"Staff were fantastic. We were able to check in early with no extra fee. Room was great. Hotel was quiet even though there were plenty of guests. Safe parking for our rental car. Everything was walkable from this location. Highly recommend."

"Loved the location and the views of the American falls were phenomenal. Check in was easy and the check in agent was very helpful. The hotel could do better with general cleanliness. Hallways were littered. We found a bunch of long hair in the toilet when we first entered the room after check in (not a great look when you're just checking into your room for the first time). Some finishes need updated. Also, the air conditioniner was so loud it disrupted our sleep each time it went on automatically."

"We booked 2 rooms for one night they were clean and nice, one thing we wanted there wasn’t Slippers in the rooms. breakfast was great. Little bit far from falls you need to drive. Overall we liked it and we recommend it to others too."
