Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Didn't get a chance ti use the amenities but Bowling and other entertainment area as part of the hotel was super cool. I'd definitely stay there again.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Booked King Suite with premium falls view and Jacuzzi, got upgraded to 2 room suite and higher floor (better view). Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
