"We were disappointed because the actual room did not match the photos on the site they changed our room and ut was much better but tqo nights in a really poor room turned us off dont take a room with twin beds the bed is tiny if you roll over you WILL fall off and the matress will land on you!"

"Guest services, restaurant staff, housekeeping and all staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, polite, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be back in Zimbabwe after over a decade and to be reminded of what it feels like to be home. Shout out to the Chefs, the food was exceptional both in the main restaurant and at the spa. If Boma id part of the same chain, the entertainment and food were on the same level - absolutely too notch! Would highly recommend a stay here and I would gladly come back for more. Shout out to Louise, Ronald, Gibson, Owen, Khumbula (hotel), then Pretty, Precious, Kelly, Nokthula (Spa), and finally Busi and a very smiley other lady who came looking for me when I left abruptly (Boma)."
