We had a spa balcony one bedroom unit. It overlooked the property and the port. The room was spacious and it had a full sized fridge, microwave AND a dishwasher which was a pleasant surprise. Even though there is only a fan in the bedroom, the living room air-con was sufficient to cool the entire unit.
The rear car park was close to the lift. We enjoyed the communal hot tub which really was relaxing. We are not exactly spring chickens but we were able to walk to town, maybe 10-12 mins casual walk. It was sprinkling rain and on the return we hopped on the bus, which stops across the road. The driveway from the road is steep but did not cause us any problems, the upper levels are accessible by a paved walkway at the side of the building.
There is some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, there was a cruise ship in and the port was very busy, once inside with the doors shut it was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook.
