"I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Once I got in all was good."

What Sofitel always does for me and why I continue to use their brand worldwide is their attention to customers. They all go out of the way to make the stay welcoming. Getting a taxi outside is easy, but kinda of a drag being so far from town. Made us wanna stay at resort even more. Everyone from kitchen, to lobby, to cleaning crew to servers was impecabble. I would return."

"Be aware, me and my family of 5 ended up with no place to stay and the worst thing, it was around 21.00 hours we had to look somewhere else which was triple the price and very far from where we wanted to stay, after a long call to hotels.com , we gave up and booked where we stayed from a competeor website. Very poor service"
