Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with old time charm but contemporary. Good location, right by the old city. Direct bus connection to station. No lift and very little soundproofing but would happily stay again.

Room was okay, only issue in winter is the heater which is fan zircon and noisy as would come on and off, the other issue I had was the corridor is very narrow to the rooms and other guests showed little respect in terms of making noise going to their rooms at night and it was very audible when you were in the room. That said location is very good for exploring aix.

We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of.

Very charming small hotel complex located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre of Aix-en-Provence. We were welcomed by a very professional and kind staff member at our arrival. The room are cozy, nicely decorated. We got the room 103. Room doesn’t have a safe in case you are looking to secure your stuff. There is a public parking in front of the hotel, a little convenient store at the corner. Some improvements can me made: -providing small water bottle in the room can be greatly appreciated -the bathroom is a bit a mess as the water go easily outside of the wooden floor, I believe an improvement should be made to made the shower and the bathroom floor better. We didn’t test the breakfast however it seems very good. It is priced at 14€ per person. A good hotel for staying close to the city centre of Aix-en-Provence

A lovely, small, boutique hotel, perfect for the one night we stayed en route to The Riviera. Comfortable bed, pillows and nice bed linens, though I wished for one more pillow. Shower very good, decor was modern and upbeat. I appreciated being able to look out to the intersection. Our room with gray fish wallpaper was a good size. The location was good. A bar next door and just a short 10 minute walk to a few very good restaurants, passing some fast food options and shops along the way. For those who may need a clothing refresh, there's a laundrymat across the street. We needed to head off, didn't have breakfast, but it looked good and very fresh. The young woman who assisted us had a really nice, hospitable personality. Really everything was positive. Just 3 comments to share. For the hotel: it was over 100F, about 39 degrees Celsius. The A/C in our room needed maintenance, wasn't putting out much cool air. The room was too warm all night. For others considering Hotel Bellegarde: if your suitcases are heavy, the lack of an elevator can be a real drag, especially after a long day of travel. Also, tho the parking across the street is really handy and only 14 Euros for 14 hours overnight, everyone in the garage was having a tough time getting in and out of the tight spaces.

Nyindrettet og udført super pænt. Lydtætte vinduer. Ligger rigtigt godt ift den gamle bydel og P-hus. Eneste minus er åbent toilet og bad ift værelset, dvs ingen dør ind til toilettet. Der er ikke shampoo og hårtørrer. Derudover super sød vært og god service.
