Welcoming Corsican Hospitality

This was my best hotel experience on the island of Corsica. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They even anticipated our needs before we did. They spoke very good English. They even let us hang around the hotel after check out. I recommend getting a room with a terrace. It’s really worth the extra money. If I make it to Corsica again, I will make sure to stay here again.

An enjoyable stay in Ajaccio

A good hotel with friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea which was great. The No 5 line bus stops immediately outside the hotel and goes into the centre of Ajaccio for just 1 Euro. This is a real plus as driving and parking in town is difficult. There is a small group of restaurants a kilometre towards Ajaccio and we ate there on both nights.

We were so close to the water that looking out our large window you could think you were in an over-water bungalow. The building appears to be older but our everything seemed in good condition. I was surprised to stay in a place right on the water for the price that we paid.

Room was full of mould on the walls, breathing it in all night. Cockroach on the pillow when we checked in, minimal cleaning and very poor maintenance. Kids pull out bed full of dirt, dust and stains - kids had to sleep in same bed. Poor........

Emplacement magnifique

Hôtel très bien placé , sur la plage les pieds dans l’eau. Le restaurant avec une terrasse au dessus de la mer est top et on y mange vraiment bien ! Le personnel est charmant . La piscine est accessible et très bien placée en bord de mer. Par contre niveau chambre , lit de 140, pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue ni cafetière ou thé.. Sol abîmé à force de déplacer le lit. Vue superbe avec balcon sympa . Douche italienne très grande , mais manque des joints.

Ligger 7 km uden for Ajaccio og det er fint. Selve byen er nemlig meget turistet med flere krydstogtskibe. God bustransport lige ved hotellet. Det tager 10 min at komme ind til centrum. Ligger helt tæt på kysten med flot udsigt, og en fin lille sandstrand. Men vælg som os et værelse med "havudsigt og balkon". Mange af de andre værelser så kedelige ud. God stor pool med masser af stole. Lækker restaurant med god mad. Morgenmaden var derimod en kontrast - nærmest elendig. Flere dage manglede både brød og ost.

En nydelig opplevelse!

Vi var på parferie i fem dager på dette fantastiske hotellet. Alle de ansatte er kjempehyggelige, og de kan engelsk. Vi bodde i et av de billigere rommene som ikke har sjøutsikt. Det gjorde ingenting. Det er også veldig lite støy i området, selvom det ligger ved veien. Frokosten trekker derimot hotellet litt ned. Enkel og kjedelig frokost. Det finnes nok også finere hoteller enn dette, men til prisen synes jeg det leverte over all forventning!
