Staff was super accommodating with transportation to and from Samosir. The passenger ferry will pick-up/drop-off directly at the property, so contact TukTuk ahead of time to make arrangements!"

"I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room online that it didn't come with a private bathroom. I then upgraded ar a huge price difference to a room that was designed for a person less than 5' tall. I had to stoop so low to enter and even to walk around in the room. I hit my head 5 times while entering and exiting the room "
