"I would not go back to this hotel again. It is located on a truly good location, but, management has no idea how to take care of the the hotel guests. Room we stayed was so small, Bathroom door was not even closing, no bathroom towels other than just two small hand towels. I asked for towels not only to the receptionist, but, to the Manager as well, no awail."

"Hotel is beautiful! However, most travelers probably aren't aware of the hike up the mountain to get there. Best advised to rent a jeep or a 4 wheel drive. There are alternate routes to the hotel, one of which is dangerous in terms of the tiny road with no rails. To avoid that, best to ask the hotel to provide the best route instead of relying on googlemaps to provide you the route.
