"The staff here is really helpful. There aren't really any amenities but there is a front area, however I didn't use it. It's best quality was it was right across the street from the train station and we easy to find a ride into the peace Park area and made getting to Miyagima and Hiroshima station a breeze."

"Terrible place. Very dirty, black mold in bathroom and some sleeping room. Very bad service: i didn't get the code for the door and no reception even though I was there at 7pm (supposed to be open until 8pm). I tried to send messages, call but not much help to get, poor english and they didn't seem to care that I was locked outside. Finally I got help from someone passing by in the street who got the door code for me. I'll rather stay at the hotel from The Shinning than staying in this dump...

"Auberge très agréable, je ne recommanderais toutefois pas le dortoir. Les matelas sont très inconfortables et il y fait très chaud. Outre ce problème l’endroit était très propre et agréable à vivre. Je conseillerais plutôt une chambre privée."
