"The hotel is older and needs updating. We had to change rooms three times and each of our rooms has issues. The first room the a/c was so loud it sounded like a tea kettle going off and the fridge door didn't close. We had to put a table against the door to keep it closed. The second room the shower drain was so clogged I was knee deep in water. The 2nd elevator didn't work. The trash can in the hallway was full for 3 days. We asked for some compensation for our troubles and they declined. The road noise and barking dog kept us up. We were told by our Uber driving not to walk around the area at night. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and pass on the GreenTree Inn. I do a lot of reviews and this is the worst one I've had to write."

"Room was very dirty, still food left in fridge from previous guests. Had to wipe down every surface before staying there and left a day early due to conditions."

"Staff was great, on my visit the Wi-Fi cut out once or twice, the I've machine was broken but the staff at circle K basically next door was very helpful. I traveled alone, did not feel unsafe during my stay, and no damage incurred to rental car in lot. Might be specific to my room type, but no microwave mini-fridge or coffee pot but they offered coffee @ 6am in lobby. Check-in/out was a breeze, front office staff 24/7. Would stay here again for a short trip."

"This resort is in need of service training, and equipment repairs !!! The room promised as compared to the room offered was far, far disappointing!! The pool chairs and hot tub equipment were in need of severe repair and quite disappointing. It’s too bad, since the location to Phoenix is wonderful, but I really don’t know if I will be back, unless I hear from the property with some resolution ideas. Only time will tell now!"
