Jim and Alvin were exceptional in helping me check in early since I was traveling from a far. The AC was ok when I walked into my room which is extra appreciated as AZ is so hot right now. Wish there was a bottle of lotion offered as most hotels do. Room was spiffy clean. Breakfast was a little lack later with only a sausage patty as a protein. "My review is in no way directed at the staff at the front desk. They were all very kind. But this hotel was awful. I checked into my first room and walked in and was immediately slammed with the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and they moved me to another room. "This was less than mediocre, it felt dirty (walls and carpet were stained and cracked). The kind of place I felt like I should wear my shoes indoor and flip flops in the bathroom. There’s no housekeeping unless you ask, however when I asked for a new garbage bag the housekeeper just smiled and said “no”. The garbages where the breakfast was were constantly over flowing. "The floors needed to be clean, roaches everywhere even dead ones in the drawers. Room did not feel clean at all the 3 days I stayed there."

They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

"The staff is all remote on a screen somewhere in India. Even the front desk. Poor customer service and charged me an extra $10 to check in 30 mins before 3pm. After I waited 4 hours The room is dirty with cockroaches everywhere. The bed is creaky and the room smells of cigarette smoke even though it was meant to be a non smoking room. The walls are thin and u can hear everything from upstairs and the two rooms on either side and outside Terrible. Never again. "
