"the first key I was given had me walking into a room with two people in the shower and clothes, bottles and stuff all over the room. They upgraded me to the nicer room that ended up on my receipt. Very pleasant surprise and since I was taking care of my 2yo grandson, this was very nice of them to do that. The only complaint on the property, driving into it from the street is kind of scary, makes you wish you had a garage to park your car in. Very sketchy people wandering around. Everything else was great. "

"$163 per night in a room that they don’t even supply a hairdryer. You have to take your towels down and get your own exchanged. There’s no service to rooms at all even when you’re there for multiple days. Wanted $15 extra per day and would have to change rooms to be provided a refrigerator. Killed the cockroach in the bathroom. Shower leaked horribly fan and bathroom was outrageously loud. Would not recommend this property at all overpriced and the amenities were horrible. "

"The clerk at check in tried to tell me my credit card wasn’t accepted there even though it was issued by a nationwide bank. She pointed to a sign that said they do not accept cards from pay apps like Venmo and I tried to explain to her that my card was not from any of those. Also the gave us a room right near the front of the hotel and by the pool so it was noisy all hours of the evening and morning. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided (only soap)."
