The A/C worked. The shower curtain could have been cleaner. I didn’t have much contact with the staff. The property is well kept, but small.

Due to the fact they have gone to kiosk check in, they failed terribly. After 3 attempts to obtain my card key, all 3 failed to let me enter the room I had already paid for.On top of that, they're parking lot would not let me park my truck and uhaul trailer. I ended up paying for another room at a different motel. I attempted to get a refund from motel 6 and was denied. I will never stay at motel 6 again, and advise anybody to steer clear of them.

There was a kiosk in the office that connected to a call center in India and the speaker was so bad I almost couldn't get checked it. There were several crackheads in the parking lot in various states of consciousness. The room was actually half decent however it was literally just beds and a TV. No other amenities whatsoever. Spent the whole night wondering if my truck would still be there untouched in the morning.

If you're looking for inexpensive, you get what your pay for. Will not stay there again. Couldn't get into the room. Very small rooms. Shower spilled water all over the floor, had to put a towel to stop from going to sleeping area. Staff was annoyed that i bothered the to open our door. Check in was they a screen/monitor. Super wierd.

The ac was broken, and they wouldn’t let me change rooms. 95 degrees outside, with no ac all night. Cleanliness was horrible. Mud on the floor, stains on the sheets, horrible amount of dirt and dust around the ac unit, pee around the toilet, pretzels on the floor. I genuinely felt icky being in this room. I ended up sleeping in my car instead.

Air conditioner did not work properly, it was warm in the room all night. The door did not close securely. And then when you slammed it close to close it we had to get the attendant to open it. Other than that it was ok. The girl running the front desk was awesome! The computer generated AI guy at the kiosk was horrible. I would never stay anywhere with that kiosk again

parking was insecure. bad neighborhood. stayed 3 nights there were 3 loud fights and 1 arrest by police. no human staff day or night.. only clerk in india to check-in. key not functioning 2x reset daily. sink/toilet/tub dirty. bed mattress very thin. linen dirty. no refrigerator, microwave in room. sode machine not working.

The staff is all remote on a screen somewhere in India. Even the front desk. Poor customer service and charged me an extra $10 to check in 30 mins before 3pm. After I waited 4 hours The room is dirty with cockroaches everywhere. The bed is creaky and the room smells of cigarette smoke even though it was meant to be a non smoking room. The walls are thin and u can hear everything from upstairs and the two rooms on either side and outside Terrible. Never again.

First room I was assigned the tub was filthy with a dark ring around the tub plus the bottom was filthy too. Get assigned a second room, move all my stuff into it and stay my first night there. Washed my face and brushed my teeth the next morning and the sink wouldn’t drain. Contacted the office, they sent maintenance which snaked it, took the piping apart to get to the trap and snaked it beyond the trap only to unleash a funk like no other and get black water all over my dog’s bed. Put it all back together, filled the sink with water only to have it not drain again. Was then assigned a third room that I had to move all my stuff once again. Third time is a charm I guess.

It felt unsafe as there is nobody there. You have to check in with a machine with people who barely speak English. At least we did not understand what they said. If there is any problem, you can't get help as there is no one on site. I'd not recommend this place.

The room was okay for the price . But they is a room for improvement . I found a live bug on the curtain and had to call the front desk to come pick it up . That was unsettling but other than that the stay was okay . The staff was proactive because they didn’t waste time to help

Check-in was conducted by via a computer kiosk, staffed by someone who could been literally anywhere. For the first time EVER when travelling in the US, I was required to provide photo ID for EVERY person in my group. While the woman on the other end of the internet connection was very friendly and attempted to be helpful, you simply can't manage a hotel off site. We got to our first room and discovered the AC didn't work - and that the room was so small that both beds were pushed agains the walls. I complained (after waiting in line behind other people trying to check in via kiosk) and was given another room. But the key card didn't work because her internet connection was slow, so it took 10-15 minutes for the computers to synch and allow our room door to open. This room was slightly larger, allowing access to both sides of ONE of the beds. I always thought the only things I required of a motel were a clean bed and a quiet setting. Turns out I was wrong: having a real human being available to address problems in person has been added to my list of "must haves."
