Spacious room and bed/pillows were comfortable. I had a great night sleep. My room had a large balcony. Walking distance to restaurants. A nice park is nearby.

An older, now remodeled property seeking a funky and hip vibe. Nice pool and bar area. Located in Uptown, near restaurants and shopping.

Very nice place. Pool area was beautiful. Rooftop not the greatest- drinks good but food was lacking on the roof. Great trip overall!

Nice simple room in a tall downtown building. Valet Parking with prompt return when you call the desk from your room. Grab n go breakfast choices and complimentary coffee. Across the elevator lobby is a good Mediterranean restaurant/bar. We enjoyed a steak salad, a kebab plate, and a hummus appetizer. The only concern I had was that the shower floor tile was slippery and I had to be cautious.

This is the cutest boho boutique hotel, loved the room, shower was excellent. We had a great time at the pool/hot tub every day. Chef Paul and bartender Brenden were fantastic, we loved the food and super yummy drinks. The vibe here is the best and we will definitely be back.

Pool area beautiful. Trees left leaves on cushions,but everything else, very clean. When we were there restaurant poolside not open, as change in management,but bars were and it'd be fun to go back and stay again to eat poolside and Say When rooftop bar. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Toasted Owl cafe and Tesato both great places to eat, with a block or two. No coffee in rooms but Cartel coffee connected to poolside.and they have great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Our room's shower took 10 minutes to warm up. We did report it, and they said maintenance did something with it, but nothing changed. We just ran the water til it warmed up. We'd definitely go back. It is right off Camelback Road,so there is lots of traffic that goes by and that bothered my husband who has hearing aides,more than myself. Bed was very comfortable. Cute place.

We had a lovely time during our stay. We stayed in a room with a firepit but unfortunately, it did not work for the length of our stay which was a HUGE bummer. We asked for support twice. The first time, a staff member was sent but had no fix. They did not follow-through on ongoing requests for support. We paid extra for this room so this was definitely a let down. Otherwise, we loved the pool and amenities. The hotel was set up super beautifully. We would recommend staying poolside. The staff at Say When and Lylo's was INCREDIBLE and positively impacted our stay. Brendon and Luis's positive energy and friendliness was noted, and they checked on us regularly to ensure we were having a good time. Paul is the chef and stopped by several times to see how we were enjoying our eats and drinks - really personable and cool. The pool was not very busy during our stay which was nice. Kind of wish the shades could be removed during the day for maximum sun time, but overall, amazing environment. Managed well.

The room and most amenities were fine. A $15 dollar credit per night per room at the rooftop bar was promised with the reservation, but only when the bill was charged to the room. When we paid with credit card by mistake, the bar staff was unwilling to void the charge and charge to room instead. The front desk was also unwilling, pointing the finger back at the bar staff. Both sides blamed the other; neither did the right thing and honored the promised $15 per room credit.

This hotel was misleading, as it was NOT a 4-star hotel as advertised. There was not a coffee maker in the room, (or microwave to heat up leftover dinner- important as there is no available breakfast). There was not daily housekeeping, Don Woods bar had no food, mixers, or even drink garnish. The pool and hotel had a good vibe, but the lack of amenities make it 3-star at best.

No popsicles as advertised. Remote control didn't work (and neither did replacement remote). No control over air/heat in the room. Incorrect charges on my final bill that had to be disputes.

Just a clean, cute and safe place to stay. Does it look as great as the pictures make it out to look? Of course not, but that’s how it goes and that’s why I’m doing this review. I haven’t been to this part of Arizona and as we came into town and headed to Rise, we were a little concerned. Then we found the place and as soon as we walked in the doors, we were put to ease immediately. We usually like a microwave and a coffee maker in a hotel room, but it wasn’t needed for this trip and I actually read reviews (and the information provided on their website) so it wasn’t a surprise and the fridge is all we actually needed and it was adorable to boot. The front office girls that were working when we arrived early Friday morning around 9 AM (So, so sorry, we forgot their names) were super sweet and so helpful. They told us where to go to try and relax while we waited for a room to possibly become available before the normal check-in time. We had been traveling all night and one of us was fighting a cold and rest was needed before a very long Saturday. We had a bite to eat and a drink by the pool/hot tub and within about an hour, we got a text that a room was ready. The room was perfect for us and the overall experience for two nights was exactly what it should be. It was a bit noisy. (We were directly under the rooftop restaurant and there was wedding drama). We actually like ambient noise, so it was perfectly noisy to us. Everyone that worked there was amazing. Thank you guys!!!
