"One of the best hotels in the world. Top comfort and top safety. We got the connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were very functional and spacious compared to other hotels. Morning and dinner Buffet were excellent. BBQ included in buffet and available outside. Accessing the restaurants, spa, gym , pools and beach were very easy and fast. Valet Parking available for free"

"We had an exceptional stay at Emirates Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and genuinely welcoming — the staff were outstanding throughout and really made us feel cared for. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall quality across the whole property was consistently high. Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was perfect — a brilliant mix of buffet options plus an à la carte menu, which made it feel extra special rather than standard hotel dining. We were on half board and found it more than enough, especially as we chose to use the 150 AED supplement for both Michelin-starred restaurants, which was absolutely worth it and elevated the whole experience. The amenities were excellent and there was something for all ages. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it — luxury done properly, with warmth and care rather than just show."

"The place is ran down... The only good things are the amazing and helpful staff (they really try to make the stay as good as possible) and food. Other than that the place is crying for renovation. Beds are comfortable though."

"The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, had a nice view of the water, and the hotel is next to a gas station which was convenient. The pool had some shady spots to relax, and the gym offered an array of cardio and weight options. We didn't spend time in the restaurants but room service was delicious and the bar was quite large with pool tables. We would stay there again if we return to the area."

"It is indeed a wonderful hotel. This is not our first day. The hotel is not the most beautiful from the outside however, the rooms are very clean, spacious, elegant, and was good toiletry and bedding. The breakfast included is excellent The gym is world class, it’s a proper gym where people I believe get external memberships The pool is nice with a bar and there’s also a beach that’s on the Canal so it’s not the best Service is very professional and attentive Overall, great hotel, maybe not as fancy as some others, but does the trick"

"Staff and room service were lovely just delightful. But the room it self one phone doesnt work, shower flooded the side we told reception twice and nothing was done during our 3 day stay. The pool is across the road you have to go out of the resort through an under pass, but once you are there its all good. Beach a bit stoney, but you can manage, Staff in the pool were lovely again. My gripes are, room floors were sticky, showers leak on the side no where near the door, they need to do more quality checks. Its not bad but when you compare it to other 5 star resort it doesnt score very well. The Staff made it brilliant here."
