"it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience"

"Hotel was hard to get to, especially with luggage. Room was small and dark. Water was cold. Not an option for families with kids. Management was very helpful and supportive of offering a refund and helping to find a new place for our stay in Meknes. "

"Hotel soit disant pas référencé sur Hotel.com??? Chambre pas prête et sûrement faite à notre arrivée. "Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga.
