Cari Cottage di Al Khobar

"A luxury hotel with fine spacious rooms, clean, well-maintained and cosy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is central and easy to reach."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Alkhobar Hotel and Residences. The experience felt welcoming and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to return!"

"Extremely helpful staff throughout our entire stay. It was a very memorable stay, will come back again!"

"Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

"Please clean the room before guests arrived , specially from the dust ."

"Nice property and room comfort. Helpful staff, and attentive. Room to improve on the breakfast side, however overall great experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay , the shower is perfect for us with excellent water pressure and hot water . The room is spacious and beautiful and comfortable for couple. The staff are perfect."

"A nice business style hotel; good value for the money with friendly service and helpful staff. The over all property is welcoming and well-maintained. The only issue is limited own parking."
