Aged Hotel but nice view
Hotel has aged. Rooms are filthy. View is good. Breakfast is good.

Needs a refurb.
Dated hotel. Rooms in average condition - wasn’t clean. Air conditioning difficult to operate and room was a fridge. Lighting dark. Lovely view though.!

Hotel Sofitel in Khobar is a very nice hotel and rooms - although a bit old furnitures - in familiar Sofitel style and very comfortable beds. WiFi is free and very fast .

Decent hotel with a good location. My feeling is that this hotel used to be really nice several years ago but could use some updates throughout the property. Also direct access to beach would be nice improvement.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I do not believe that I will stay at any other hotel in Khobar. Sofitel Khobar is truly great and the staff was nothing but excellent. The area is very quiet despite being near a few busy neighborhoods!

The staff were very kind and friendly. The amenities were clean and nice. The room was much better than priced; very spacious, comfortable and clean. Parking was free, but not many parking spaces were free. Absolutely excellent hotel.

I don’t recommend this hotel , they took the price for one night twice …. I came at 1:00 pm and the room was not ready and they ask me to wait for 15 min. It was first and last time for this hotel

Staff lazzy.. Tells you okaboom every 1 hour to 30 minutes.. So no sleep well. Security two check points. Check out 30 minutes or more. I don't recommend it.. Only location is good

Not good enough
Everything is ok except security check point for the hotel! They every time check my car never mind you are visitor or one of the hotel guests they check everything under car and the trunk and the same if you back 5 times within one hour. This is not professional. And when you get in they check tawaklna app again in front door! Im sick of this. The beach view not worth the price I paid. After all I have to pay 200 SAR for just stay inside the shisha cafe!

لا ينصح به نهائيا
من اسوء الفنادق ولا يستحق يصنف حتى ٣ نجوم اول شي تعامل العاملين سيء وصلت الساعة ٣ عصرا استغرق تسليم الغرفة اكثر من ساعة ونصف الجاكوزي لا يعمل الاثاث مهتري الكواية خربانه والمكيف يطلع صوت ولا يوجد وقت للنساء للسباحة الا يومين بالاسبوع وقت تسجيل خروج تم تسليم مفتاح لاحد الضيوف وتبين الضيف انه الغرفة مسكونه من قبل شخص اخر واكثر من كذا تعاملوا بشكل سيء معهم
