"It’s a great location but rooms are very outdated. Popcorn ceilings, mold in the corners of the doors, box tvs, hardly any lighting. Parking is $20 a night (not advertised when booking). Breakfast buffet was good on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Lounge was also nice."

"The valet, front desk, and housekeeping were amazing . We did get room service and the food was mid as well. The hotel is a little dated not what I pictured from seeing the pictures. Our sheets were stained and the restroom was not cleaned very well , there was a smell to the place. We also had the rudest barista/cashier at the coffee place down stairs the fact that your are snatching things and acting like you do not want to work their is not the customers issue.
