"Enjoyed the stay. All was as advertised (had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast). My only issue was lack of a built-in closet - not adequate for more than one person. I would stay again. Thanks to the lovely staff."

"It is so sad to see how this Embassy location has gone ‘down hill’ since I lived there in Homewood Alabama. This is the place I had my Rehearsal Dinner many years ago and now won’t stay there again. The floors (every one of them) were filthy, literally and every glass door, window and glass bannister/wall were dirty/filthy. The water/pond that the dish were in was low and the fish could hardly turn around. The staff did the best they could (pleasant) but could tell very low staff (same people there each day) totally multitasking at desk then having to go upstairs to make beds for customers…. The pot smoking group on premises (across from front door/lot) was so strong. Could smell from inside my car w/windows up then smelled from inside the filmy/glass elevators. The front desk person was very helpful (the be multitasking…) when our room was very warm and asked the maintenance man to go switch the old system to A/C from Heat. And the young man and ‘fist-bump’ parking guys were welcoming and pleasant. I was excited to show my daughter memories of where I lived there but this Embassy Suites was Not up to others. You may want to address and remedy this so others’ experience will be better. Especially in such a charming Homewood area of Birmingham Alabama."

"Super green bananas and apples that weren't crispy but soft. Otherwise breakfast granola bars and a waffle maker were the extent of breakfast. Meh."
