"The hotel is a historic icon and they’ve kept the old world charm preserved beautifully. However, the lobby had an odd smell, like ammonia from the public bathroom. This is my second time staying here and the odour hasn’t changed. The rooms are spacious and well kept but was missing a few toiletries and one of the lamps wasn’t working. It wasn’t an issue though; as soon as we voiced our concern, they gave us everything we needed for the room. Valet was so incredibly kind even at 3am (took a...
