⭐ Fantastic Last-Minute Stay at Kaila Beach Hotel We booked last minute and couldn’t have been happier! Staff: Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!

Etter vi fikk rommet ble det noen henvendelser til resepsjonen som raskt ble ryddet opp i og vi fikk svært god oppfølging av hotellmanager Nicol som har vært svært gjestfri og imøtekommende på alle måter under hele oppholdet. Det er hyggelige ansatte hvor noen særskilte sørget for at man hadde en best mulig opplevelse og at man fikk hjelp til hva enn man trengte, stilte opp på kort varsel og fikk personlig oppfølging. Alt i alt kan man si at vi hadde en god opplevelse av hotellet som kan anbefales. Igjen en stor creds til manager som virkelig gjorde en god innsats for oss besøkende.

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura . Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore . Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse . Aspetti pulizia Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟. Aspetti cibo :Devo riconoscere che i dolci erano favolosi e c’era una ampia scelta che variava dai dolci tradizionali turchi come baklava a torte con diverse daciture tutte buonissime. Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

Dejlig lyst og nyt hotel, med gode pool områder ognemt at komme på stranden. Jeg var meget postiv overrasket over standarden er maden, som er virkelig høj. Lækre tyrkiske og internationale retter, stor salat bar, masser af frugt og dejligt kagebord. Virkelig en god oplevelse. Søde tjenere og gode folk i receptionen.

L’architecture moderne de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’hôtel est tellement vaste, agréable, on ne s’y sent pas oppressé. Perfect stay. Hotel in the city at the beach, many different areas there of finding peace, fun, nice food spots in the itime between the main meals, private hotel beach access , great sea with warm water. Very friendly and patient staff speaking: German ( big big thanks to Susanne, taking care of every wish you have), and another languages. Really super food; big variety of starters, main courses in buffet form, fresh and very delicious, The best food we had in hotels. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many guests- families, all generations, nobody disturbing or making noise, friendly and respectful Nice shops around the hotel, city centre easily reached by bus. We want to come back next year for sure, We could relax a lot. A big recommendation for Kaila Beach Hotel!!!

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.
