"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"The property was well maintained. The staff friendly. The location was downtown so it was perfect. The only negative was there was no assistance with luggage. None available. In spite of that I would stay again."

"It's a place to sleep and there was a decent continental breakfast, but was not at all worth the price paid."

"I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin."

"The view was great, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was trash in the hallway, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and there was even a used towel left hanging from the previous guest."

"Such a pleasant and smooth experience. Front desk staff very friendly and the welcome cookie was sooo good!!! My room was clean and the bed was cozy."

"Clean rooms but we had the people in the room next to us shouting at each other for a long time around 2am until I assume the police showed up? I didn’t want to open the door to check because it sounded like they were getting violent at one point so it didn’t feel safe"

"The room was spacious. Served our needs. They're working on modernizing. Room had some of that but needed more light. Hallway carpet needs replacing as smelled heavily of cigar. Was worth what we spent to get off the road for the evening and gentleman at the desk was friendly."

"Desk staff was very polite and quick response time. Room itself had clean sheets and towels, an room itself was clean even if not in the best of shape. The water was the worst I have seen. It smelled of SULFUR and was only a light pressure - took forever to wet short hair. When exiting shower your entire body smelled of sulfur! "

I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! "The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."

"Everything was ok nothing terrible but it was WAY too overpriced for what you're getting which is a dingy motel room that's mostly clean but the room was not spotless. When I arrived there was a half-drunk open beer bottle on my doorstep. The outdoor lights were flickering all over the building, lots of broken glass around which wasn't great for bringing a pet. Nothing horrible and if there's a good deal and it's within your budget it should be just fine but I felt it was way overpriced."

"This is the worst ever hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is...
