"Housekeeping never showed up. Staff super inexperienced and overwhelmed by the massive influx of cruise passengers. Food was extremely salty. I guess if you are a cruise passenger it makes sense. But when traveling on our own I will avoid Princess hotels due to the massive overcrowding by cruisers"

"The Owner was amazing. He picked us up from the train station, took us around the town to show us the locations that were open. He was accommodating to our requests and their son played in the snow with our son. This was a 5/5 experience. Would recommend to anyone. "

"Great communication with the owner but poor communication on Expedia's part. I spoke with the owner and it seems they have been having issues with Expedia. I didn't receive my room code after completing the online pre registration process but after calling the owner of the property he was able to solve the issue after I sent proof of the registration agreement. The room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a few night stay. Would recommend and go back."
