"Had issues with room. Spit alls in the bathroom woke up to bites all over me. Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. I don't believe her at all. Never received a refund from here called the hotel and she acted like she didn't know me. I have left two messages with no call back.originally booked through Expedia and they couldn't...

"A great place to stay! The hotel combined two of the officer's quarters from Fort Seward to make a beautiful building. While the building is from the early 1900s, it is beautifully maintained. The owner is very helpful - he went so far as to dig out a socket wrench to help me with an errant piece of photo equipment. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "
