"The rooms were huge, and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pool. We booked multiple rooms for a soccer tournament and it was close to many restaurants, the sports facility and across the street from the airport. "

"This hotel is the BEST in Troy/Albany/Latham/Cohoes. I've been traveling to that location for the last 5 years and staying at a variety of places. This hotel is OUTSTANDING. It's affordable/comparable but WAY better than any other place I've stayed. Gym is well stocked and very clean, meeting rooms for work, the lobby is huge and has comfortable places to sit to work (as I waited for my room to be ready -- early arrival), the breakfast has a variety of hot food each day (so not all carbs) and fresh fruit, the staff is VERY well trained and kind, and the little things (like freshly brewed ice tea and sometimes cookies/brownies in the afternoon) were greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, remodeled, and clean with comfortable places to sit and work (not just a bed). I did not use the pool but I could see it from the gym, very clean and others enjoying it. The staff were always friendly, gave us an extra hour upon check out without any issue, and the breakfast staff were AMAZING and kind. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I am so sad my work in Albany is coming to an end as I finally found this place. THANK YOU."
