Don't go there!!

The young lady at the desk was extremely nice, but the building and the room smelled so bad of disinfectant we could hardly breath. The room was not as advertised. One queen bed which looked clean and a small sofa bed with torn arms and the carpets were so dirty. The advertised kitchen had no utensils or dishes and glassware.

Never Again

They are in the midst of selling and renovated the property and would never stay again. The room smelled horrible and it was clear they were airing at the room since the windows were wide open when I arrived. Front desk staff is only available between 10am-6pm so not very convenient for working people. There was NO toilet paper, the shower DIDN'T WORK, and the iron was broken. They offer for you to trek across their parking lot to ask for help from another hotel. Was horrible and would never stay again.

Not terrible

Hallways were run down and smelled like old Chinese food. Had to keep the windows in my room open to get rid of the smell, window screens were ripped. The room itself was adequately cleaned, not pristine, but I was pleasantly surprised due to the state of the property.

I actaully booked a room through Expedia. With that if someone books through them they cancel out the third party. I was not updated. I showed up, thought he just pronounced my name wrong and gave me a room key after asking if he could charge my card on file i said yes and wenr ro my room. About 20 min later he comes to the room and says the card didn't go through, i knew that was incorrect so i followed him down. Upon rechecking the reservation i was put into someone elses room and additionally they were in fact sold out of rooms and i was to go across the parking lot to another hotel where they would fulfill my reservation. I was not emailed called or informed of this at any point. I have to gather my rhings and go to the hotel across the parking lot. What sucked was I was in a suite which was what i wanted and was directed to an Inn. Don't get me wrong it was clean but not the suite with a kitchenette that i wanted. When i arrived to the new hotel they had no reservation for me waiting 10 minutes they found an unopened email about my situation and to book me a room there. Luckily they had a couple of regular rooms left so i at least had something. So it was very disappointing how it was handled. So i would say book through them on phone

Horrible

Room was not cleaned still had toilet paper in the toilet and stains on the bed and couch. The other room toilet didn’t flush and room had a bad smell.

Checked in just before midnight. Got up to the room and there was no towels no wash clothes no soap and there was milk and food left in the refrigerator from the previous person. I went down to the desk because there is no phone in the room. I get to the desk and there is nobody there for the rest of the night. Did you ever hear of such a thing? So I'm stuck all night can't take a shower or bath. I go to the desk at 10 in the morning still nobody there. I go back at 11am and finally someone is there. I explain the whole thing and she grabs a towel and tells me check out is at 11.

Smells like cigarettes and weed , stairs going into the building are filthy. Front desk only open till 6pm pros is there’s a full kitchen with a stove refrigerator ,microwave and cutlery so you can cook.

Horrible, dirty, nonexistent staff

Horrible, dirty, no assistance from nonexistent staff. Checked in after 6pm so had to go to neighboring hotel to pick up keys. Got to room and the couch was not a sofa bed, as advertised. No extra sheets or pillow cases or blankets and upholstery cover on love seat was filthy. So me and my adult son had to share a bed. We had brought food to prepare for dinner, but there were no dishes. The only dishes we found were gross dirty ones in the dishwasher (see picture.) There were no trash cans anywhere in the room. No extra toilet paper and no tissues at all. No free breakfast available as advertised. Unsecure wifi. "Workout" room was disgusting. Halls and stairways were unclean and smelled of smoke. All of this and nobody was at front desk or would answer front desk phone, nobody was available at all to assist- even during their stated business hours. I have called several times since we left and nobody ever answers, you cannot leave voicemail and no email address available. The only number they offer for after hours service is for the handyman to fix plumbing leaks, etc. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. This hotel is more of a long term apartment facility and they have no real staff to assist with any issue you might have. I would avoid this terrible facility when traveling through/to Albany.

It started out well, but went downhill fast. Common areas are filthy; complaints about toilets went unanswered. I would never stay here or recommend.

The rooms are slightly outdated, but the newer appliances, including dishwasher and garbage disposal, large bathroom and overall it was quiet and relaxing. I plan on staying again

It was nice that our room was set up for extended stay - kitchen with frig, microwave and stove. The front desk staff very friendly and tried to helpful the best they could. Unfortunately our room had no coffee or creamer, no blanket on the bed. Some of the items in the kitchen cabinets were of questionable origin. It was kind of like they were completely prepared for the room to be occupied. None of the table lamps were plugged in and their cords were coiled and stuck through the base of the lamp. No coffee served in the lobby before 10 am on Sunday morning. Seems a tad late. A little more attention to the details in this room and it would have been great. We just slept with the heat turned up in absence of a blanket.

Disappointed

The property is not clean. The hallway was filthy. The elevator was dirty and it broke down. The 1st room was dusty. The heater was broke and the installation was hanging out of it. The 2nd room was dusty but ok. The whole property needs to be upgraded. Also my key stopped working had to go next door to the other property to get someone to fix my key. No staff working the front desk at night. Did not feel safe at all
