We arrived alittle before check in and and was given our room right away. The front desk employee was very friendly. The heat in the room was not working and the manager came right up to the room to check. Moved us to a room with heat. Excellent customer service.

Hyatt Place Albany/Downtown
Very nice room, very clean. We loved the hard-surface flooring instead of carpet which can hide all manner of dirt. Parking was not great. Hotel website shows $15 per day which is misleading.
