"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"This is a great location. And the place is immaculate (albeit sparse). But it is a renovated motor lodge so our (inner facing)room did not have a window in it except in the bathroom. And there is absolutely no insulation on the doors and the common space (which appears to have been a pool at one point ) was beyond noisy, starting way too early.
