I would like to stay back at this place , Location is perfect, Our room for 3 people was perfect for one night is a bit too much , you need 2-3 nights in Alberobello because this room could be your perfect house. I wish they had a better self-check out in case you want to leave early than 8am . May be it is but I didn’t ask the staff . I want to come back to Alberobello and The Palazzo Scotto .

Fantastic unique way to experience Alberobello. The hotel restaurant is one of the best restaurants in town. The staff are extremely friendly and treats you like family.

The Palazzo offered so much convenience being closely located to the various areas of Alberobello to see the amazing trulli houses. The room that we stayed in was spacious and easily accommodated our young child as well. This was a beautiful place and would happily return.

Modern accomodation in an old town centre, excellent facilities and luxurious setting. Great assistance and welcome from experienced staff. Alberobello is well worth visiting and is a short drive from other locations: good place to stay for multiple days.

A Magical Step Back in Time – Perfect Trulli Stay! My stay at the Palazzo Scotto Widespread Collection in Alberobello was nothing short of enchanting. We had the incredible opportunity to stay in one of the iconic Trulli houses, and it truly felt like being transported back in time. The conical stone roofs, the thick whitewashed walls, and the intimate, cozy atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. It’s one thing to see these UNESCO World Heritage sites in photos, but quite another to actually live inside one, it was absolutely magical. The location was absolutely perfect. Nestled right in the heart of Alberobello, we were steps away from the charming streets, local shops, and panoramic viewpoints, yet the Trulli itself felt peaceful and private. It was the ideal base for exploring the town, especially at sunrise and sunset when the crowds thinned out and the area felt truly timeless. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and stress-free. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided clear directions, helpful local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an authentic Puglian experience, I cannot recommend Palazzo Scotto enough. Localização excelente, ao lado do centro de Alberobelo. A recepção é feita em um local e a hospedagem em outro. Muito limpo, bem cuidado e confortável. Mário é muito gentil e atencioso.

The room was fantastic and the service was great. We have one major complaint: the room is located right beside a large church and the bells ring non stop all day EVERY 15 minutes. We were thankful we only had one night to listen to the bells and thank goodness we brought our own ear plugs because none were offered and there was no mention of these church bells. Everything else was fabulous. The streets are very charming and safe and the city is totally walkable.

It's located in a charming area and the room is well sound proofed. You can faintly hear the church bells from the room but nothing else. The bed is comfy. I wouldn't book this if you have mobility challenges though.

The original room was fine, except the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We tried to politely address the issue with the young lady who showed us to our room, however, we were told that it was working and that was how “their air conditioning worked”- when we had just been in their very cooled off reception area. The representative ended the conversation with she’d fix it with their controls at their office and would come back to check on it. After giving them approximately 30 minutes, nothing had changed, so I called the reception and was rudely told that she guarantees that the air conditioner is working even though she was not in the room. I asked for a different room with air conditioning as that’s what we had already paid for and was told that I would have to pay for an upgrade. I had to get upset before they would even come back to check on it. The representative and the housekeeper came back to the room and used another control to try to make it work- in that time the housekeeper agreed that it was not working. They tried to push hard that their was nothing wrong and we had to push for them to make it right- they finally did give us the room next door, which the air conditioning did at least run- but really didn’t cool off the entire space. It’s understandable that things happen- things break- but to be treated the way we were is truly unnecessary and was very disappointing.

Location was excellent in the midst of the trulli village center. Everything was in close walking distance. The only real drawback to the stay was no hot water on our first morning due to some malfunction. Brr, that was a cold shower. The shower set up does not provide any place to put your soap or shampoo other than on the shower floor. We also had some loss of wifi which prevented unlocking the entry door. Otherwise it was a great stay.

One woman at the desk was reasonably friendly and helpful. However, a man at the desk did not seem to care at all about the problems we had with the insufficient hot water in the shower. The one key provided for the room was not sufficient and made leaving without my wife problematic. They should make breakfast more easily available and included. Since cars were not allowed in the area of the unit, this made hauling bags in and out difficult, especially after access was cut off completely when we were leaving.
