"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"We loved our stay at The Baileys Hotel in London. It is a well maintained and clean property in an excellent location for touring around London. It is across the street from the Gloucester tube stop which can get you just about anywhere you want to go in London. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and well equipped for our needs. I would have given it 5 stars but the bed and pillows were lumpy and generally uncomfortable. Otherwise, we would highly...

"Great location. stayed as was at BST concert at Hyde park and was a 10 min walk away. It’s a lovely part of london, and it’s great if you want to go shopping in Chelsea (15 min walk) friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms ok, just very basic. there is nothing luxurious the hotel room it’s a good price point compared to other hotels In area. beds are comfy. I would stay in this hotel again."
