"I can’t say there is anything obviously wrong with this hotel apart from it’s trying to be cool with the quirky decor but it’s actually a bit tacky when you look closely. The basics were fine - clean room, good shower and hot water, bed average, Didn’t it here so can’t rate food."

"The location is brilliant - walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and right at the Gloucester rd underground. Service was beyond excellent. Julia and Rajesh were extremely helpful and got us a discounted upgrade to a great room. The breakfast buffet is divine. We loved the stay - we were there for 5 days. Will definitely be back!"
