"I really liked the hotel. It was clean, modern, and had friendly staff, and was very close to a tube station with direct access to the center of London. Staying on this side of town is way easier, getting in and out of London, and there is easy access to the center. "

They went above and beyond for us during our stay. Venky was very welcoming, courteous, and made sure to greet us with a smile each time he saw us. "The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...
