"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"If you want a good location and do not care about sunlight, lugging your belongings up flights of narrow stairwells, an unexplained putrid smell, cheap springy mattresses, lack of bathroom shelves, dark surroundings, views of bricks walls (not the advertised park), a non-responsive host (we blew a kitchen fuse by operating the toaster at the same time the lights were on!), questionable art & dark moody wall colours then this place might just be for you!! "Good AC in small room. Bath has large, high tub for showering (a little dangerous for stepping in & out. Not much room for makeup or toiletries. Loved that frig was stocked with free drinks and can requested more. Also, free snacks, such as popcorn & cookies which were greatly appreciated. Water bottles also supplied. Staff very nice & accommodative. Quiet hotel. Great location, especially for subway stop."
