"This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment I entered it the front desk team were helpful and took my bags to my room. The restaurant staff were able to answer my questions including verifying none of the meat is halal. The room service I ordered was great and the room was tidy with plenty of surprise treats (chocolates and a letter!). It's in a great location and I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful hotel. Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning...

"Our room was in the basement and I did not like it. Our bedrooms were weird but the description was a vault so that’s on me., It was very humid. No wash clothes which was weird to me. Hotel has a moody vibe and very cool looking I am sure another floor would have worked. Do not eat at the hotel, cost a fortune and not worth the money. Walk to a cafe and grab breakfast. Hotel is being sold so likely there will be changes."

"All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. "Very small room, extremely small bathroom. I requested a change of room because the hotel ventilation was on all night extremely noisy on top of my room. In the 2nd room you could hear all the noises from outside and adjacent room. I had to travel/leave a day earlier. They did not accept to provide a credit note since i had paid my stay. Not even exchange the hefty rate for a mere breakfast. I booked a conference room a day ahead, they changed the price just before my meeting!!! So had to...
