"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"Lovely hotel to stay in, close to bus and train station and in a very good location. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Air Con in the room was a big bonus considering it was very hot outside so after spending all day in the sun and heat was nice to come back to a cool room. Would highly recommend staying here."

"口コミ通りの素晴らしい滞在でした。 3歳の子ども連れなのでエリアの安全性も重視しました。閑静なエリアで安全性が高いうえ、至近距離に大型のSainsbury'sがあり毎日利用しました。駅までは10分ほど歩きますが特にグロスターロードまでは景色が良いしフラットアプローチなので苦になりません。 フロントの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋も綺麗でキッチンには3日間しっかり自炊できる用品が揃っていました。 一点、ソファ下においてある布団がかなり埃っぽく使うのに咳込んでしまうのが少し残念でした。"

"Rooms were ok, not the best maintained. Definitely not a 5 start hotel. There was something under the chest of drawers that kept beeping all night, I figured the further away you move the electronics, the less it beeps - so probably poor electrical wiring or something of the sort. There is also a heated floor that you can’t turn off, which is also laid underneath the shower - so you have to tip toe in the shower in order to not burn your feet. Generally the standard of the hotel does not...

"Our room was fabulous, the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful & breakfast was excellent, as was our dinner in Hispania. All of the staff were excellent but the staff in Hispania were exceptional."
