"The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about...

"Beautifully designed room.Warm, cozy and elegant common areas. Located in a residential neighborhood close to the subway and within walking distance to shops, museums, cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and welcoming. Perfect!"

"My only challenge was one receptionist when we 1st arrived as I felt her unwelcoming. Then upon checking out I encountered the same person…who stressed me out. Thankfully, a lovely French speaking lady Cecile, rescued me & we finished our transaction within the privacy of switching to speaking French. I am a bilingual Canadian. 🙏"

"The hotel is across the street from the V&A museum, and my room had a front view. Location is superb! I could walk to The Royal Albert Hall, the tube, the shops, and Hyde Park. My room was well-maintained, and the spacious bathroom had a bathtub, a rare find in most hotels these days. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."
