"The staff were amazing. We had some rough travelling with flights canceled and they really went above and beyond with service. Only negative is the price. But a property of this level is expensive."

"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms. Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival."

"Not quite sure how it is classed as a 5 star hotel. Very basic / cheap furniture in room. No mini bar / fridge, cheap bathroom amenities plus same shampoo / body wash. Perfectly fine hotel to stay at. Comfy bed but felt very underwhelmed vs expectation"

"Every member of staff we spoked to was very cheerful, polite and helpful. Everything was clearly explained. They had given us a complimentary room upgrade which is always a nice and unexpected bonus. The room was lovely, very spacious, clean and wonderful showers (multiple options 2 showers and a bath). Only comment is it isn't clear on Expedia that the pool is separate to the hotel and a separate cost but I do like to research the hotels a bit first and did see that on their website clearly...

"We stayed here as a family of 4 and booked a suite. The master bedroom was upstairs along with the bathroom, but everything was very tight and small, which I guess can be expected in London. The hallway in the entrance was very tight to use so in reality, the square footage advertised is not accurate. They offer free coffee however they were always out of cup each time we went to get coffee in the lobby. We had to bring our own cups from our room, which was an inconvenience. "All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what...
