"Amazing hotel! The staff were fantastic— so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent service in the morning. The location is perfect too. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. "This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what...

"I booked this hotel because of other reviews that I read online. I am disappointed that they were not true. I believe that customers should help each other. Find the best hotels. Everything was outdated, broken and filthy. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable and it was a terrible start to our trip to England. Thankfully, we were there for only two nights."
