"The hotel is ideally located— in the heart of Kensington, a short walk to Museum row and Kensington Palace, and just steps away from the underground ( with service via the Picadilly line direct to Heathrow). "Really love the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area and literally across from the Gloucester station. Rooms are smaller but well maintained. I love that they give complimentary bottled waters in the room, small gesture but much appreciated. There's also a small gym which was helpful."
