"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"Lovely hotel to stay in, close to bus and train station and in a very good location. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Air Con in the room was a big bonus considering it was very hot outside so after spending all day in the sun and heat was nice to come back to a cool room. Would highly recommend staying here."

"口コミ通りの素晴らしい滞在でした。 3歳の子ども連れなのでエリアの安全性も重視しました。閑静なエリアで安全性が高いうえ、至近距離に大型のSainsbury'sがあり毎日利用しました。駅までは10分ほど歩きますが特にグロスターロードまでは景色が良いしフラットアプローチなので苦になりません。 フロントの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋も綺麗でキッチンには3日間しっかり自炊できる用品が揃っていました。 一点、ソファ下においてある布団がかなり埃っぽく使うのに咳込んでしまうのが少し残念でした。"

"The clean staff were wonderful and all the staff would acknowledge you when they passed. Truly wonderful staff with the exception of the gentleman that checked us in and out. Everyone else was extremely pleasant and ready to assist. The gentleman that made our omelets on the weekend was amazing. We are Looking forward to booking the hotel on our next visit to London. Well Done!!!!"

"Had good air con. We were in a basement room which was a nice room. No TV in the bar which would have been nice as the World Cup was on. You could get drinks and take them to your room. Would stay again."

"Spacious room , clean and well presented. Good breakfast, including cooked items that were tasty and well presented. Quirky touches to give some talking points - lift decor is unique and magnetic letter board is strangely addictive during lift journeys. Great location with plenty of eating options within easy walking distance, along with two tube stops. Nothing we didn’t like. Re-booked for another visit next year."

"Our room was fabulous, the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful & breakfast was excellent, as was our dinner in Hispania. All of the staff were excellent but the staff in Hispania were exceptional."
