Hotel Highgate di Albertson

"I stayed here bc I was in town to see Gaga across the street at msg. The bed and pillows were comfy. But the cons are you can hear everything the next door people are doing, the shower head was shooting out water, the room/ bathroom way too small. They were also doing construction super early in the morning that I couldn't go back to sleep and my stomach was hurting. Also the bathroom bar soap was super thin. "Room was clean, bed comfy, shower very good with the added bonus of a tub. Yards away from subway so great for getting around. Staff at front desk and housecleaning were very friendly. Water is provided daily but no tea/coffee in room which would have been nice to come back to. VIP perks of free beverage is non existent. No view. Good hotel for getting around the city but I have stayed in better"

"Friendly staff at the front desk… check in and check out went very smooth and seamless. Barbara at thr front desk was very warm and kind. Made me feel at home. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great! Will definitely be back!"
